The mass scale of the event required an entire 7-day setup. Comprising of 5 tent structures, over 15 international third party suppliers, 20 arts, crafts and food vendors, 1 stage, 12 acrobats, 2 bands, 1 app created and one happy client. Each tent required unique production, design, technologies and different communication objectives to hit.
