This 2-day festival is set to feature a star-studded lineup of pop artists, alongside an impressive roster of kite flyers from 9 different countries, all showcasing their amazing skills and creations soaring through the sky against the stunning backdrop of the Ream Beach in Sihanoukville and the beautiful smiles of the attendees.
